Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled and its location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled by mistake.
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Pakistan.

Repeat Infringers

Users who are found to repeatedly infringe on copyrights may have their access to our website terminated.
